We are looking for mature and level-headed gamers and individuals to join our clan.
|WC| is about community gaming and having good-natured fun.


Thank you for your interest in joining the WildCats.

We will keep your application on file for 60 days. If you don't hear from us by then you are free to apply again. We are recruiting mature responsible gamers for our clan. We have a Code of Conduct that you must agree to and abide by. Please do not apply if you do not agree with this code of conduct. Also we require the use of TeamSpeak 3 to be in this clan. You can get TeamSpeak 3 at www.teamspeak.com. Our TeamSpeak 3 server is located at ts3.wildcatsclan.net . No password is required. Please join us so we can get to know you during the application process!


Recruit Process

After we get your application we will put it through our internal process for approval. If you get approved for membership the first stage will be recruit. You will be able to wear a recruit tag |WC-R| for approximately 2 weeks or until we decided you are ready for full membership. You may not wear this tag until you are given permission from a clan recruiter. For more information on joining our clan you may visit our wiki here.



WildCats Clan Code Of Conduct


Any violation of these guidelines will result in further disciplinary actions leading up to and including termination from the clan. This document is considered your first warning and any action above this is at the discretion of the clan administrators.

* Have fun and foster a fun environment for our players and other members.

* Do not be disruptive on our game servers, teamspeak server or our website.

* Honor the server rules in your daily game play. As a member you should lead by example.

* Do not call hacks against players or other members. This includes jokes or references to hacks being used. Make a demo and submit to our website.

* Be a team player. Heal teammates, use good communication and work toward the goals of the game. Counterproductive game play or horse play will not be tolerated.

* Assist inexperienced players. Give them tips and new strategies. If an admin is not present try to find one or take note of the situation to relay at a later time. Assure the player that their problem will be handled. Never leave a player without an answer.

* Use of game modifiers is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to hacks, game exploits, map bugs(invisible walls), bogus settings and any other device that gives you an unfair advantage over other players. Hacks and other game modifying software will not be installed on your machine for any purpose. No warnings will be given.

* The use of any means to change a GUID to anything other than a standard alphanumeric 32-character string is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, manually or otherwise changing the GUID to the IP, or to a blank GUID, or to other known GUIDs evident of an installed cheat/hack. Changing GUID or IP to bypass any type of ban is also not allowed.

* The use of any means to mask or hide your IP address when using our services is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of proxies or any service that conceals your true IP address when connecting to our web site, Teamspeak3, game servers and any other system or device that is hosted or operated by the Wildcats clan and its associates.

* The access of any account on this site or other |WC| services that is not currently registered to you is strictly prohibited unless access is granted by the clan leader.

* Initiating port scans or any other intrusive method on the Wildcats clan servers or services will result in an immediate ban and/or dismissal from the Wildcats. Initiating intrusive methods on any member of the Wildcats clan will result in the same consequences.

* No offensive speech. This includes, but is not limited to, foul language or even censored foul language, racism, and talks of illegal drugs in public resources.

* Aggressive behavior towards players and other members will not be tolerated. Name calling, belittling speech, threats of violence or blackmail of any type will not be tolerated.

* There is a Zero Tolerance of sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is defined as advances, actions of communications of any kind that are sexual in nature and that are unwanted and or unsolicited by the recipient. Flirting in a public game server or teamspeak public server will not be allowed. Please make any talks of frank matter in private.

* Aliases must be in accordance with server rules and regulations.

* Clan tags must be worn with your designated name. You may not use any other names with your tag. If you need a name change please see a clan administrator for assistance. Conversely, clan tags are reserved for clan members only. Any violation of this policy will result in further action at clan administration's discretion.

* Ringing for another clan is allowed here. But there are certain rules that MUST be followed while doing so: 1. You can wear their clan tag, but only during scrims and matches. 2. You cannot be on their regular clan roster. 3. You must also notify us of your intent prior to agreeing to ring. Failure to do so will result in immediate and progressive discipline.

* Report any threats against our clan or our resources immediately.

* No posting about our clan on forums or sites outside of our clan site. Any post made must be approved by a clan administrator. This helps to keep the problems to a minimum.

* No recruiting on other clan's servers or sites. Please respect the work of other groups. As well, recruiting/advertising by other clans or groups is not tolerated on our sites or servers.

* Your actions in our community and outside of our community reflect on our clan. You are responsible for our image and reputation. Your actions must always follow our CoC and server rules.


If any of the above information is found to be inaccurate through our research, your application will be denied.
Cherish these rules. There are no exceptions and you will be ultimately held to them!
